  • Bullet-resistant glass is a type of laminated glass that is specifically designed to withstand impact from projectiles. Uses: Bullet-resistant glass are often used in:
    • Automotive windshields
    • Security windows and doors
    • Bank vaults
    • Museums and galleries
  • Painted glass refers to two different techniques of decorating glass, both more precisely known by other terms. Firstly, and more correctly, it means enameled glass, normally relatively small vessels which have been painted with preparations of vitreous enamel, and then fixed by a light firing to melt them and fuse them to the glass surface. Sandblasting is one way of etching glass that creates a look associated with frosted glass. Sand is naturally abrasive and when combined with fast moving air, will wear away at a surface. The longer the sandblasting technique is applied to an area, the more the sand will wear away at the surface and the deeper cut. Etched glass applies a light, frosted texture to glass via sandblasting. Etching can be done evenly over an entire piece, or areas of the glass. Decorative Glass will instantly inject style and elegance into your home or business premises.
  • Double Glaze An insulated glass unit (IGU) combines multiple glass panes into a single window system. Most IGUs are double glazed (two panes of glass) with three panes (triple glazing) or more becoming more common due to higher energy costs. Double glazed windows are an ideal energy efficient choice with the added benefit of minimizing noise.
  • Description: Eva film roll for lamination is a clear, flexible film used in conjunction with lamination tape to create a protective layer over documents or other materials. It offers excellent clarity, durability, and resistance to moisture and UV rays. Uses:
    • Glass Lamination: It is used in the lamination process of glass.
  • Grinding  We grind the edges of glass in various qualities according to different requirements like straight of art plant and grinding with polishing. We grind the edges mechanically with the use of designated machines. Drilling is the process of making holes of different cross-sections ranging from a minimum of 3 mm in diameter to a maximum of 200mm in diameter. Beveling is to give something a sloping edge. We bevel the edges mechanically with the use of machines.
  • Lamination involves bonding two or more glass panes together with a plastic interlayer. This process creates a laminated glass that is more resistant to impact, penetration, and UV radiation. Uses: Laminated glass are often used in:
    • Automotive windshields
    • Security windows and doors
    • Bank vaults
    • Museums and galleries
    • Size: available in 35mm and 50mm thickness, length is 50m
    • Application: applied around the glass sandwich to protect the EVA film
  • PDLC (Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal) smart privacy glass is a type of glass that can be switched between transparent and opaque states. This is achieved by applying an electrical current to the glass, which causes the liquid crystals to align or dis align. Uses: PDLC smart privacy glass is often used in:
    • Office partitions
    • Bathroom windows
    • Conference rooms
  • Tempering Chemically strengthened glass is a type of glass that has increased strength as a result of a post-production chemical process. When broken, it still shatters in long pointed small fragments. For it to be considered safety glass, the surface compressive stress should exceed 100 megapascals (15,000 psi). The greater the surface stress, the smaller the glass particles will be when broken. Strong Tempered glass is 4-5 times stronger than normal  glass.
